Job Description
Primary Skill
Provide technical support and maintenance for the Temenos Data Hub & Temenos Analytics platforms.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and implement solutions.Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system integrity and security.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.Assist in the integration of the TDH platform with other banking systems and third-party applications.Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and regulatory reporting requirements.Provide training and support to end-users and other technical staff.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Temenos BI platform. Secondary Skill5 to 8 years of experience as a support engineer for the Temenos Data Hub & Temenos Analytics platforms.Strong understanding on DES, ODS, SDS & ADS data flows.Experience in ADS Data mapping activity against the client’s report requirements.Experience in Azure Kubernetes Services, SQL Server, Azure cloud environment.Strong understanding of banking operations and Reporting from Analytics & TDH Designer & Scheduler.Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the TDH platform.Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques.Knowledge of integration methods and technologies, including APIs and middleware.Strong knowledge in database management and SQL.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
